Backlit Letter Sign Features

The backlit letter sign are fabricated front side stainless steel with return welded into 3D shapes. The reason why choose stainless steel is due to its flexibility and accuracy for bending and welding letter signs. Stainless steel could help the sign working longer, anti rust, and acid. The backlit letter sign backside normally comes with laser cutted acrylic base on design. Acrylic from backside has excellant light transmission. Inside of the letters there are led lights that lined into the letters. Pay attention to the lights layout as too long distance will make lights spot, too condense will make the signage very big power, not cost effective.

Led backlit letter sign front face can be done with painting colors or natureal metal colorss such as gold, silver, rose gold, bronze, copper etc. All the backlit letter sign front side are hand made exquisite apprearance with excellent craftmanship. The sign install way can be screw mounted or glue attached to wall.

Letter Structure:

Front: Welded by 201#, 304# or 316# stainless steel, aluminum, thickness can be 10-50cm;

Back: 10-20mm thick frosted acrylic;

Inside: We use Led strips or Led modules with CE, RoHS and UR;
